Supporting our clients every step of the way
We have successfully completed several large-scale rollouts where we have helped our clients from the very early stages of a project, such as from a basic store plan. We then complete surveys, store design proposals and visuals, along with prototyping, liaising with stores for final approvals, value engineering, production and installation. These projects are often fast tracked.
We work with a live project management tool, for status updates, production tracking and schedules, this also captures any project specific details and can also be shared with our clients with as much information that they wish to see,
